Policies

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your estimated service total. Any deposits taken prior to your appointment will be withheld.

Rescheduling Policy:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide us with 48 hours notice. If a deposit has been made, the deposit will still be valid for your rescheduled appointment time and another deposit will not be necessary. Two or more rescheduled appointments may result in a partial deposit being withheld or the need for an additional deposit.

All of us at Pretty Please understand that life happens and sometimes things are out of your control, while trying to be compassionate and reasonable, we also have to be respectful of our stylists time.
