Debbie

Hi, I am Debbie — I am co-owner of Pretty Please Salon with my daughter Stephanie. I have been in the beauty industry for over 30 years. As a divisional director for a major salon co., I opened salons from the ground up, hiring and training new staff in major department stores. After getting married and having 2 daughters, I decided to work from home running my own business. As my family grew, so did my desire to grow my business. My daughter Stephanie entered the beauty business and after several years of working separately we decided to open Pretty Please on January 2nd 2017.

I thrive on having every client entering the salon excited about being here. Getting your haircut, styled, or colored is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. I LOVE BEING PART OF THAT!

Building close relationships with my clients assists me in creating the perfect style that suits their lifestyle. I specialize in color, foiling and corrective color. I love my job, my clients, and the talented ladies I work with everyday! It’s been said - if you love your job you will never work a day in your life - I couldn’t agree more.

Stephanie

Hello, my name is Stephanie and I am the co-owner of Pretty Please Hair Salon with my mother Debbie. I have been in the hair industry since graduating from Paul Mitchell The School, Portsmouth, NH in 2015. I specialize in blonding - such as ombre, balayage and foiling. I also specialize in color and corrective color with a certification through Oligo as a blonding and color specialist.I educate as I work, whether it be the process I am completing, the products I am using, or at home care tips so you will always be in the know; you will feel confident with your new look and your at home care.

In addition to the color services, I also offer hair extension installation and maintenance. My certifications include sewn in wefts, beaded extensions, k- tip, tape in, and V-light.

I’m always striving to learn new technology, techniques and products when it comes to hair. Working to create the healthiest version of your hair goals is always my main priority.

When I am not at the salon you can catch me snuggled up with my dog Scout watching a good documentary or outside enjoying nature!

Jenna

Hi, I’m Jenna Taormina, a stylist with over 25 years of experience behind the chair. I’ve built my career around helping clients look and feel their absolute best. I specialize in both color and precision cutting.

Color is truly where I shine. Whether it’s dimensional blonding, rich brunettes, seamless gray coverage, or bold, lived-in color.

I’ve been part of the team at Pretty Please Hair Salon since 2017. One of the most meaningful parts of my career has been the lasting relationships I’ve built—many of my clients have been with me for over 20 years.

While I truly value my loyal clients, I also love welcoming new faces into my chair. Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh or a complete transformation, I’m here to listen, and bring your vision to life.

I live and work in Rowley with my husband and our two children, which gives me a strong connection to the community. I enjoy spending time at the beach, being outdoors, and traveling with my family.

For me, being a stylist is about more than great hair—it’s about building connections and helping people feel confident and refreshed when they leave my chair.

Elizabeth

Hi, my name is Elizabeth, I started my career in the hair industry immediately after graduating from the cosmetology program at Essex Technical High School in 2017. I believe that there is never enough to learn in this industry and I am always keeping up with continued education. My specialties are balayage and foiling as well as various cutting techniques. My goal is to have each client walk out feeling more confident and educated about their hair than when they walked in. When I am not at the salon I love to go for walks or read a good book!

Katie

Hello, my name is Katie, I have been a hairstylist since 2005 after graduating from the cosmetology program at North Shore Community College. My favorite part of being a stylist is to take your inspiration pictures and bring them to life on your own hair in a unique way. Highlighting and creating dimension are two of my favorite techniques. When you're in my chair I aim to make you feel relaxed and confident that you'll love the end result. Besides hair, I am also a mom of 2 and usually running around with them or cheering them on at the field.

Kelly

Hello everyone! My name is Kelly and I am a stylist who loves all things hair! I especially enjoy blonding, men’s cuts, and reds! I’m always working on growing and expanding my skills, especially with dimensional brunettes, lived-in blondes, and extensions. When I’m not in the salon, I’m usually reading, listening to country music, or out on a walk, and on weekends I’m all about live music, the beach, or fun new food spot with friends. My favorite part of doing hair is getting to know my clients and building real connections. I’d love to see you in my chair soon!

Maddie

Hi, I’m Maddie! I graduated from Paul Mitchell the School in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and am certified in sew in weft, k-tip, and tape in extensions, as well as Brazilian Blowout services. I’m passionate about learning the latest techniques and styles to achieve your hair goals. Every client is a new opportunity for me to make you feel confident and beautiful. Outside of work you can find me spending time with my family, cuddling up with my dogs, or spending the day at the beach.

Patti

Hi, my name is Patti, and I have over 30 years of experience in the hair industry. While I’m no longer behind the chair, I play an essential role in keeping everything running smoothly - from managing scheduling to assisting with shampoo services. I support both clients and staff throughout the day and am often the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk in.

I take pride in helping create the comfortable, welcoming experience our salon is known for. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the boat with my husband, two sons, daughter, and grandchildren.

I’ve been going to Pretty Please for about a year now and thanks to Elizabeth my hair has NEVER been healthier! As someone who is often unsure about what to do with my hair, her advice and skills are truly invaluable. She is diligent, takes her time, so easy to chat with, and truly treats my hair like art work. She always gives me the exact color I’m looking for, and it grows out looking natural and just as stunning!
